BEAUTY FORUM MÜNCHEN 2023

Overwhelming visitor response at a special kind of beauty trade fair experience

Significant increase in visitors compared to the previous year// Together strong for DKMS LIFE look good feel better

ETTLINGEN, 31 OCTOBER 2023 – On October 28 + 29, 2023, the 37th BEAUTY FORUM MÜNCHEN attracted more than 20,750 enthusiastic trade visitors to the Bavarian metropolis. With a significant increase in visitors of over 30 percent compared to the previous year, Europe’s leading cosmetics trade fair in the fall offered an inspiring platform for the beauty industry and exceeded the expectations of everyone involved.

Over 600 exhibiting companies and brands presented themselves at BEAUTY FORUM MUNICH 2023, which was officially opened on the Beauty Stage by Managing Director Roberto Valente, Director Events Michaela Buchheister, Munich City Councillor Gabriele Neff and the Chairman of the Cosmetics Association VCP Dr. Helmut Drees and Ruth Neri, Managing Director of DKMS LIFE.

Roberto Valente, Managing Director of Health and Beauty Germany: “We are more than enthusiastic about the past trade fair weekend. Our aim was to create a special kind of trade fair experience for our visitors. A combination of exciting product innovations, comprehensive training opportunities, inspiration and, last but not least, two days full of passion for the beauty industry – and we succeeded.”

The star guests in the beauty talk included Martina Reuter, renowned stylist and presenter, and Anastasia Zampounidis, the well-known TV presenter and author. Inspiring activity and hands-on areas also awaited visitors in all exhibition halls to bring creativity and activity to life. The diverse range of further training courses, which was integrated for the first time in rooms directly within the exhibition hall, attracted around 200 beauty professionals with its practical workshops and the podiatry congress certified by the German Podiatry Association L.V. Bavaria.

Cooperation BEAUTY FORUM x DKMS LIFE patient program look good feel better

A special highlight was the renewed cooperation with DKMS LIFE. The look good feel better patient program was supported by a generous donation of EUR 7,000 from Health and Beauty Germany GmbH, which will help to finance the free cosmetics seminars for cancer patients. Exhibitors and visitors also had the opportunity to make a personal donation. Ruth Neri, Managing Director of DKMS LIFE, was there in person and presented the important work surrounding the patient program to the interested audience. “It is wonderful that Health and Beauty Germany GmbH, together with its exhibiting companies and visitors to BEAUTY FORUM MÜNCHEN, has supported DKMS LIFE for the second year in a row. We would like to thank everyone involved for this great support of our look good feel better program, through which we give cancer patients new hope and joy of life,” says Ruth Neri.
