Acquisition of the Balance Beauty Time online portal/expanding into B-to-C

Health and Beauty starts the year 2021 with the forward-looking acquisition of the online portal Balance Beauty Time: guidebook and magazine for beauty, health and balance. Balance Beauty Time has been distinguished for many years by its well-founded and at the same time broad-based expertise on the topics of health, care and lifestyle. Together, they can now draw on existing synergies to further expand Health and Beauty’s role as a qualitative market leader in the field of professional cosmetics. The purchase of the portal creates new opportunities in the industry and expands the existing offering for advertising customers to include this particularly high-reach portal in the end consumer market.
